Custom T-Shirt Quilts—
No boring t-shirt quilts for us!
Most t-shirt quilts use large 12" or 15" square blocks sewn in a basic grid work pattern. We just don't think this is very creative--so we've designed our own Quiltology pattern.
We begin by "fussy" cutting the shirts to capture the graphic--sort of like cropping a picture. Then we pull color from the shirts to create sashing and borders for a modern and sophisticated look.
T-Shirt Quilt base prices:
- 48” x 60" throw size $400
- 60" x 84" twin size $500
- 72" x 84" full size $650
- 84" x 90" queen $750
Custom quilts require a 50% deposit when the order is placed with the balance due when the quilt is finished.
The turnaround time for custom t-shirt quilts is typically 4 to 6 weeks.

If you've pieced your t-shirts into a patchwork top and need to have it finished off, we can help with our quilting and binding services.
Long-arm quilting costs roughly 3 cents per square inch (including bat and thread charges) and the binding costs $4 per running foot.
You can estimate that a twin size t-shirt quilt would cost around $160 to quilt and $96 to bind.
