Class Registration & Workshop Policy

Class Registration:

  • Students must be at least 14 years old to participate in Sewtology 101.
  • Students must be at least 18 years old to participate in Patchwork and Quilting classes.

· You may reserve space in a class by emailing us at info@quiltology.com .

· We will hold reservations for 24 hours so you can register in person or by phone.

· Class sizes are limited and require full prepayment so please sign up early to ensure your space in the class.

· We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:

· If for any reason you need to cancel a class—please call or email us at least one week prior to the start date of the class. We’ll be happy to reschedule you for another class or issue you a store credit. Credits are valid for up to six months.

· If you cancel a class less than a week in advance of the start date—but more than 48 hours prior to the start of class—we will issue a credit toward another class.

· There are no refunds or credits for cancellation less than 48 hours in advance of the class start date!  

Class Supply Lists:

· Class supply lists are posted with the class descriptions.  

Students will need to have their own sewing machines!

Please make sure your machine is in good working condition and you know how to use it.  Our teachers won’t be able to help you fix it or set up your sewing stations.

Beginning students will also need to have some sewing experience under their belts.

As much as we want to see new quilters get started, we have learned through experience that you need some basic sewing skills in order to succeed.  Patchwork projects take time.  We can help you get started--but plan to spend some time at home completing your project after the class ends.
