Class Registration & Workshop Policy
Class Registration:
· You may reserve space in a class by emailing us at info@quiltology.com .
· We will hold reservations for 24 hours so you can register in person or by phone.
· Class sizes are limited and require full prepayment so please sign up early to ensure your space in the class.
· We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
· If for any reason you need to cancel a class—please call or email us at least one week prior to the start date of the class. We’ll be happy to reschedule you for another class or issue you a store credit. Credits are valid for up to six months.
· If you cancel a class less than a week in advance of the start date—but more than 48 hours prior to the start of class—we will issue a credit toward another class.
· There are no refunds or credits for cancellation less than 48 hours in advance of the class start date!
Workshop Policy:
Students enrolled in 3 or 4 week quilting classes are welcome to use the sewing lounge to work on their class projects during the period of their class enrollment providing there’s a machine available. Please remember—this is independent sewing time—we’re happy to help when we can—but we do not schedule make-up classes for missed class sessions or provide private sewing lessons.
Class Supply Lists:
· Class supply lists are posted to our web site at www.quiltology.com .
· Students need to purchase fabrics prior to the start of the first class.
· Students enrolled in garment classes should pre-wash their fabrics because cotton does shrink—and we don’t want to see you go to all the trouble of making something only to find it doesn’t fit after you’ve washed it.
