May classes...
Well spring is officially here! It arrived quietly last Friday afternoon when the UPS truck pulled up with ten boxes of some of the yummiest new summer fabrics. We've got Amy Butler's latest collection--Midwest Modern--along with two lines from Art Gallery Quilts.
I ordered it all--I unpacked it all--and I shelved it all. Done. Next--a full schedule of patchwork classes!
This month we'll be offering two of our most popular classes--Intro to Patchwork on Tuesday nights where you can make our easy shmeasy Urban Amish--and on Thursdays--a repeat of the amazing Blooming 9-Patch.
New to the schedule is our Wednesday night class--Beyond the Basics--perfect for those of you have some sewing experience under your belts. Say you took Home Ec a million years ago or you've already completed our Intro class--and now you're asking yourself--what's next? Perhaps a Serenity block quilt or the Sunshine & Shadow strip pieced classic? The choice is up to you. We're here to help guide you through it and teach you a few tricks of the trade.
